We need an HR ENFORCER, not an HR assistant.

Who we are looking for?
We are looking for an experienced, firm, and highly structured HR professional who:
- Is confident, authoritative, and respected, not intimidated by staff or managers
- Has personally handled discipline, misconduct, fraud cases, suspensions, and terminations
- Understands Nigerian Labour Law deeply and knows how to protect the company legally
- Has worked in e-commerce, logistics, operations, call centers, startups, or high-pressure environments
- Can hire fast and hire right (job ads, screening, interviews, probation filtering)
- Can build HR systems from scratch (handbook, SOPs, contracts, KPIs, warnings, termination processes)
- Can manage both blue-collar and white-collar staff (riders, warehouse, CS, operations, managers)
- Is data-driven and enforces KPIs, attendance, productivity, and accountability
- Can reduce lateness, absenteeism, misconduct, internal fraud, and staff drama
- Is comfortable enforcing unpopular decisions in the best interest of the company

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Discipline & Accountability
- Enforce punctuality, attendance, productivity, and behavior standards
- Handle misconduct, insubordination, fraud, negligence, and policy violations
- Issue warnings, suspensions, and terminations with proper documentation and evidence
- Maintain airtight disciplinary records to protect the company legally
2. Recruitment & Workforce Control
- Recruit quality staff fast when needed
- Design hiring pipelines, screening systems, and probation frameworks
- Ensure only productive staff pass probation (no sentiment)
- Reduce early staff churn through structure, not pampering
3. HR Systems & Policies
- Build and manage:
- HR handbook
- Employment contracts
- SOPs
- Role-based KPIs
- Performance management systems
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian Labour Law
- Create clear escalation and termination processes
4. Performance & Data Management
- Track and enforce KPIs across teams
- Work closely with management to identify underperformance
- Produce HR reports that support decision-making, not excuses
Act as a management shield in staff disputes and escalations
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
✔ Minimum 3–5 years HR experience in operations-driven environments
✔ Proven experience handling discipline, suspensions, and terminations
✔ Experience managing remote teams
✔ Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
✔ Familiarity with payment-on-delivery or logistics operations is a major advantage
✔ Comfortable managing teams of 20–100+ staff
LOCATION
100% Remote
SALARY
₦180,000 – ₦250,000
(Strictly based on experience, competence, and performance)
⚠️ This role is performance-based.
KPIs will include staff productivity, compliance, churn reduction, and misconduct control.
