Logistics Manager

Mobbo Global Resources is a fast-growing payment-on-delivery e-commerce business operating across multiple states in Nigeria. We are hiring a Dispatch / Logistics / Waybill Manager to take full ownership of Logistics operations, dispatch coordination, waybill operations, tracking and Documentation

This role is not for beginners. You must understand real-life dispatch operations, work fast, stay organized under pressure, and ensure zero excuses on the job

Your Job is to make sure that Shipped goods are received, waybilled to different agents, routed to different states in a timely and cost effective manner

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch & Order Movement

  • Make sure that we do not go low on stock for goods in states we operate
  • Assign Goods to the correct state, city, and delivery agent during dispatch/waybill
  • Ensure same-day or next-day dispatch without delay
  • Monitor pickups, transit, and delivery status in real time

Waybill & Documentation Control

  • Generate and verify accurate waybills for every order

  • Ensure:

    • Correct customer details

    • Correct product and quantity

    • Correct price and payment mode

Delivery Agent Coordination

  • Work closely with dispatch riders and delivery partners

  • Follow up on:

    • Undelivered Waybills

    • Delayed Waybills

    • Failed or returned packages

  • Escalate delivery issues early — no last-minute surprises

Returns, Failed Deliveries & Accountability

  • Track all failed, returned, or pending Waybills

  • Reconcile returned items with inventory records

  • Flag delivery agents with poor performance or irregularities

  • Support operations team with accurate delivery reports

Reporting & Performance Tracking

    • Submit:

      • Daily dispatch report

      • Waybill accuracy report

    • Maintain Google Sheets or dispatch tracking tools

    • Help improve delivery success rate and reduce losses

Requirements (Very Important)

  • Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or waybill management

  • Strong understanding of Nigeria delivery routes & logistics realities

  • Experience working with dispatch riders or courier companies

  • High attention to detail — errors are costly

  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

  • Confident communication (WhatsApp, calls, follow-ups)

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel

  • Integrity and accountability are non-negotiable
