Graphics Designer

(Full time - Remote)

Mobbo Global Resources Ltd is a payment-on-delivery e-commerce company operating across all 36 states in Nigeria, plus Ghana, Kenya, Benin, and Uganda. We're scaling fast, and our marketing team is growing to keep pace with a sales operation that can close more orders than we can currently market to. We're building out a full in-house marketing department, and this role is central to what we're building.

About the role

You'll design the static image creatives that run in our ad campaigns. You'll work from briefs and product angles provided by our Creative Strategist and turn them into ads that stop the scroll on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

What you'll be doing

Designing static ad creatives from briefs and product angles supplied by the Creative Strategist
Producing multiple design variations per product so the team has options to test
Editing and retouching product photos for use in ads and on sales pages
Formatting creatives correctly for each placement across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Working with the copywriter to fit headlines and copy cleanly into each design
Keeping a consistent visual style across campaigns while still testing new looks
Turning around design requests quickly to keep up with the testing pace

What we're looking for

Proven experience designing static ad creatives for e-commerce or direct-response brands
Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
A good eye for what makes someone stop scrolling and look twice
Comfortable working from a rough brief without needing every detail spelled out
Fast turnaround, since creatives are often needed the same day they're briefed

Must have

Experience designing ad creatives for a Nigerian or African payment-on-delivery or e-commerce brand
A portfolio of static ad designs you've made
Comfortable working inside Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva day to day
