Media Buyer

Mobbo Global Resources Ltd runs a payment-on-delivery e-commerce business across Nigeria. We sell ranges of products including health, beauty, automobile and fitness products direct to customers who pay when their order arrives, we are scaling right now and We're building a full marketing department to match our goals.

About the role

We're looking for a Media Buyer to run ads for us across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp. The ads covers conversion ads, lead ads, and messaging ads on all four platforms. You'll report to our Media buying lead and creative strategist, you will own the day-to-day management of ad spend: launching campaigns, testing creative, and scaling what works. You will work with a team of UGCs, static creative designers, salespage developers, copywriters, to achieve this.

What you'll be doing

Setting up, launching, and managing conversion, lead, and messaging ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp
Managing daily and monthly ad budgets, and reallocating spend toward campaigns that are actually converting to confirmed orders
Testing ad creative, audiences, and placements to find what drives cost-effective orders, not cheap clicks
Killing underperforming ads quickly and scaling winners just as quickly
Working closely with the Creative Strategist and content creators to brief new ad angles and keep a steady pipeline of creative in testing
Tracking cost per order, ROAS, and other spend metrics, and reporting on them clearly to the Media buying lead
Liasing with creative strategist to conceptualize and make creatives based on creativity, trends, and marketing data
Keeping an eye on account health and staying ahead of ad account bans, disapprovals, and policy changes

What you will get

Basic starting Salary of ₦150,000
In addition, you will get Structured commision per acquired order Only when target is met. (E.g. If target is 3000 orders in a month, and we pay 100 naira per order which is dependent on the product, the your commision is 100 x 3000 which is 300,000. This commision is paid if and only if you hit your monthly target)

What we're looking for

Experience running conversion ads for a Nigerian payment-on-delivery business is required.

At least 2 years running paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for an e-commerce or direct-response business
A track record of managing real ad budgets, ideally in the hundreds of thousands of naira or more per month
Comfort reading ad account data daily and making fast, evidence-based decisions on what to cut or scale
Experience running lead ads or messaging ads that route into WhatsApp
Someone who can work independently once campaigns are briefed, without needing to be micromanaged
