Mobbo Global Resources Ltd is a Payment-on-Delivery e-commerce company operating across all 36 states in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenta, Benin and Uganda. We're scaling fast, and our marketing team is growing to keep pace with a sales operation We're building out a full in-house marketing department, and this role is vital to what we are building
About the role
We're looking for a UGC Content Creator to film native-style video, UGC style, demonstraton style and AI style videos for our ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You'll work from briefs and scripts provided by our Creative Strategist, and your job is to make ads that look and feel like a real person talking about a product, not a polished commercial. If you can hold a phone, speak naturally on camera, edit video clips, make AI videos, voice over styled videos and make a product sound worth buying, this role is for you.
What you'll be doing
- Filming UGC-style videos and photos for our products, following scripts and briefs from the Creative Strategist
- Speaking naturally on camera, the way a real customer or reviewer would, not like reading an ad script
- Filming multiple hooks and angles per product so the team has options to test
- creating AI styled videos, voice over videos, product demo videos.
- Turning around content quickly so the media buying team always has fresh creative to run
- Basic editing of videos where needed, including trims, captions, and pacing for short vertical video
- Taking direction and feedback on delivery, tone, and pacing, and reshooting when something isn't landing
- Staying aware of what's currently working in ads on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and bringing ideas back to the team
What we're looking for
- Comfortable and natural on camera, with clear speech and believable delivery
- Experience creating UGC-style content for e-commerce or direct-response ads
- Experience creating and editing videos for direct response marketing
- Access to a phone or camera that can film clean video, plus a quiet space with decent lighting
- Able to turn around requested content within a day or two, not a week
- Understands what makes someone stop scrolling in the first two seconds of a video
- Must be able to produce 12 to 15 videos monthly
- Has a Network of other creators when its need arises
Must have
- An existing portfolio of what you have created in the past
- Good editing skills in CapCut or a similar tool
- Experience filming content for a Nigerian payment-on-delivery or e-commerce brand
